Refund & Return Policy

Please verify all items upon collection. We are not liable for missing items once they leave the counter. Any claims regarding damage, irregularities, or cleaning quality must be made within seven (7) days from the time of collection. Liability for damage caused by our fault is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that individual item. Service fees are non-refundable once the process is completed; re-cleaning is offered at management's discretion.

Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree that Dr. Clean Drycleaner Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for natural wear and tear, defects in materials or accessories that do not withstand cleaning, or items left in pockets. We attempt to remove all stains but cannot guarantee complete removal. Garments left unclaimed for more than six (6) months will be donated to charity.
